Tijuana is known as a city full of opportunities for those who are looking for a better future and to achieve their dreams doing what they're really passionate about. A clear example of this is entrepreneurs, who make an effort every day to promote their products and services to the entire community.

Against this backdrop, Emprendedor Fest Tijuana has played a fundamental role throughout its 15 editions promoting local consumption and positioning itself as the region's most popular and outstanding event.

New surprises at the 16th edition of Emprendedor Fest Tijuana

On Saturday, November 23 and Sunday, November 24, Emprendedor Fest Tijuana is set to take place at the Centro Cultural Tijuana (CECUT) terrace from 12 PM to 8 PM. This 16th edition will mark the end of a successful year in which it has helped more than 400 local businesses with the support of thousands of attendees.

Emprendedor Fest creator Alejandra Luqueño has continuously thanked the public for supporting every edition and this time won't be the exception. As such, visitors will be able to enjoy exciting talent shows and several games with the chance to win incredible prizes: products, cash, and coupons from participating local businesses!

Pets are welcome in Emprendedor Fest! Activities and stands dedicated to our cute animal companions are an essential part of this event. For the first time ever, a series of talks focused on pets will be featured such as:

Adopt, don't buy
Pet first aid
Grief in the family after losing a pet

Since early 2021, the number of visitors and entrepreneurs has been steadily increasing. Last edition, more than 14,000 people attended this 3-day event, showing the interest and commitment that the community of Tijuana has in supporting these new businesses.

One of the most interesting things about Emprendedor Fest Tijuana is how much attention it pays to pets, who are considered another member of the family. All animals are allowed at this pet friendly event which features specialized stands for them with several different products.

During this upcoming edition, you will find clothes, costumes, food supplements, treats, desserts, toys, and everything you need to spoil your pet! You can also adopt a pet here as there will be a special puppy adoption unit from a local foundation.

Your pet can also compete in specially designed, pet friendly games!

Discover a gastronomic world through 55 stands

Foodies who haven't yet visited Emprendedor Fest Tijuana, don't miss this latest edition! You'll enjoy delicious Mexican dishes and desserts and an assortment of culinary varieties.

The scents and flavors offered here will take you on a journey around the world thanks to the 55 gastronomic stands offering amazing dishes from places such as Colombia, Chile, and Japan.

Try the authentic flavors of Japan with Takoyaki Bros, skewers from the Chilean Patagonia, Boquerón empanadas and arepas from Colombia, gigantic smoked turkey legs by Los Corn Dogs, and "D.F.-style" Mexican snacks by La Herencia. And don’t miss the chance to enjoy delicious clamato and michelada drinks by Clamatos Michos!

For the first time ever in the history of this event, cinnamon churros and several toppings as well as tacos, burgers, snacks, and pizza will all be available. A true reflection of Tijuana's rich gastronomic variety!

An exciting evening with Delux at Emprendedor Fest Tijuana

Emprendedor Fest also supports the talent of local bands by featuring energy-filled performances of ska, pop, and rock. Renowned band Delux, who have performed on national stages and important festivals such as Tecate Pal' Norte and Vive Latino, will close the night of Saturday, November 23.

Delux is a pop rock Tijuana native band formed in 2000 whose members (Leo Ramirez, Mo Pérez, and Nacho Rojas) have collaborated with internationally famous bands such as Fall Out Boy, We The Kings, Angels & Airwaves, Fenix TX, The Sounds, Cobra Starship, Molotov, and Zoé.

Strengthening their commitment with local businesses at the Mexican Ska Festival

In their constant effort to support Tijuana's micro-sized businesses, Emprendedor Fest Tijuana has also made it its goal to promote buying locally in the city. Recently, they decided to collaborate with the Mexican Ska Festival to benefit two great communities: local entrepreneurs and music bands.

This festival will take place on Saturday, November 9 at Parque Morelos: an ideal space to promote the Tijuana ska scene while also supporting local entrepreneurs. More than 100 stands and a gastronomic area will be featured at this family friendly event. Admission is free!

Experience the musical prowess of local, national, and international bands such as Almalafa, Palos Verdes, Salón Victoria, Los Hijos del Santo, Anxolotes, Desband, Trinchera Norte Ska, and many more!

Alejandra's vision for Emprendedor Fest Tijuana in 2025

Emprendedor Fest aims to always improve and expand its reach regarding the number of participants and people attending the event.

With this goal in mind, Alejandra Luqueño has a clear vision for 2025: expand Emprendedor Fest to other Mexican cities. Her goal is to promote local consumption and offer new tools to business through workshops and entrepreneur courses.
