After a hot summer, temperatures in Tijuana dropped to around 22°C (72°F), something that has remained constant during these last few weeks. However, there could be days in the future with higher temperatures in which heat will briefly return to the border city.
On Saturday, October 12, a hot day is expected with a maximum temperature of 27°C (81°F) and a minimum of 16°C (61°F). On Sunday, however, temperatures will drop slightly, with a maximum temperature of 23°C (73°F) and a minimum of 14°C (57°F).
On the other hand, for the weekend of October 12 and 13 a fog in the morning in the Playas de Tijuana area is expected; this zone has been recently affected by fog for long periods of time both in the mornings and evenings.
These cool temperatures will remain throughout next week with a maximum temperature of 22°C (72°F) and minimum temperatures that will range between 14°C (57°F)and 16°C (61°F) from Monday to Friday, before a drastic rise for the October 19 and 20 weekend.

Heat to come back to Tijuana next week
After a week without any major weather changes, maximum temperatures on Sunday, October 20 are expected to reach 34°C (93°F) around noon, according to Meteored, with a minimum temperature of 18°C (65°F) in the morning of this same day.
If this forecast becomes true, it is expected for authorities to recommend people to take precautions, as this could be one of the hottest days in the last few months.
