Authentic treasures from international cultures
Handcrafted Egyptian products will be showcased on the stands of the 10th edition of Expo TlaquepArte 2024. On the other hand, 3,000 products from Turkey will embellish this cultural celebration. There will be handcrafted pieces such as mosaic lamps with a bronze base and naturally colored crystals that guarantee their durability. You'll also find dazzling jewelry and coffee pots called "cezve" that represent some of the treasures from this country located between Asia and Europe.
From there, we go to the Caribbean Sea and arrived in Cuba, where you will be surrounded by carved wooden pieces and classic Cuban rumberos. One of their most significant handcrafted products is made from mahogany and passionflower and it includes choral, fish, and reef-shaped pieces that symbolize the need to protect marine habitats.
Colombia is another country represented at Expo TlaquepArte, and here they will be selling Colombian pieces such as 18 carat locks, wild cane sombreros, vueltiao sombreros, and earrings from natural materials such as coconut, melon seeds, and flowers.
