Emprendedor Fest Tijuana adds food trucks to its list of local businesses

Emprendedor Fest came to Tijuana for the first time in 2021. It became a landmark and a great opportunity for entrepreneurs to promote their businesses in the best way possible: a massive event with thousands of people interested in local commerce.

As time went on, this event has experienced a significant growth both in the participation of entrepreneurs and attendants. As such, this event will last 3 days for the second time and you will have the chance of enjoying local products on Friday, September 20, Saturday, September 21, and Sunday, September 22.

For its 15th edition, Emprendedor Fest Tijuana is bringing new surprises that help to understand why it is the most important event in the city. One of them is that there will be a special area for food trucks, a food sale format that has become very popular in the last few years. In addition, this event is free and pet friendly so the whole family can enjoy the wonders that Emprendedor Fest has to offer. It will be open from 12 PM to 8 PM at the Centro Cultural Tijuana (CECUT) terrace for three days.

Enjoy a gastronomic feast with at least 10 food trucks that will offer their delicacies that will feature something delicious for all tastes. From the viral smoked turkey legs from Los CornDogs to the delicious fries of Baby Fries TJ or the delicious dishes of Patagonia Comida Chilena, there is something for everyone!

Viral products and amazing surprises for visitors

The diversity of entrepreneurs that participate in this event allows all attendants to find a great assortment of businesses and shops for the whole family. You'll find everything from markers to stuffed animals, from clothes to pet accessories, from pins to makeup, from shoes to a variety of services, there is something for everyone!

Food is obviously something very important for this event, which makes of this a festival that promotes entrepreneurship for all five senses. Attendants will be able to enjoy an assortment of gastronomic options including Mexican, Chilean, and Asian cuisine, drinks such as bubble tea, sangria, coffee, wines, and clamato beverages, snacks such as pork belly chicharron, fries with cheese, and toppings, desserts such as popsicles, cupcakes, cookies, and even dishes you may have never imagined such as tamales with Gansito and Chocorrol fillings.

One of the best stands for children and people who love cute or kawaii products is Rainbow Nevería Tijuana. Here you'll enjoy delicious ice cream that are served in charming animal and character designs such as Elmo and the Cookie Monster.

Support for local organizations

The notable success of Emprendedor Fest is due to the constant support of participating businesses and attendants who consume their products and every edition a specific organization receives some kind of support and this won't be the exception.

On this occasion, a dog foundation will be benefited as dried dog food will be collected so that all dogs who are rescued from the streets, who were abused and exposed to danger and disease, can be fed.

3 continuous days of Emprendedor Fest Tijuana has been a success

With each edition, the number of entrepreneurs that join Emprendedor Fest Tijuana has grown throughout the years. Plus, people's interest in consuming local products has also notably increased.

During the July edition, more than 13,000 residents and tourists came to this event which is why going beyond this number in September in expected.

Thanks to the continuous success of Emprendedor Fest throughout its editions, it is now possible to offer a continuous 3-day event with more than 450 participating entrepreneurs and a unique entertainment program which includes local bands such as Almalafa and an iconic performance by Mimo Moy.
