The first Rage Room has arrived in Tijuana! This space offers you an innovative and safe way to relieve stress, anxiety, and frustration through the controlled destruction of objects.

A Safe Space for Emotional Catharsis

At Rage Room, you can experience adrenaline to the fullest while you destroy objects with several different tools such as bats, hammers, shovels, and many others. The goal is clear: allow yourself to relieve tension and emotionally heal in a fully safe environment.

Each session includes protection equipment to guarantee your safety while you enjoy the experience. Rage Room has an internal camera so that your wellbeing can be monitored, allowing for the immediate intervention of the staff in case you need it.

Before your session, it is recommended to take some precautions to make sure that this experience goes smoothly:

- Comfort: Use comfy clothes and closed shoes with thick soles.
- Health: If you have cardiac issues, high pressure, mental disorders, or are pregnant get a checkup with your doctor.
- Age: You have to be of legal age, minors can be accompanied by a guardian.
- Duration: This complete experience lasts from 20 to 25 minutes.
