What are the minor leagues in a football team?

Minor leagues or youth divisions are teams and tournaments created by professional clubs in order to train talented players from an early age. In addition, they make sure that these young people continue training in football, which makes it easier for them to adapt to the demands and concepts of the game when they become part of a professional team.
