Experience Rosarito Beer Fest this Saturday alongside more than 25 craft breweries

COTUCO Rosarito invites you to this festival that gathers the region's best craft beer, gastronomy, and music

Summer is festival season, and that's why Playas de Rosarito is ready to welcome craft beer lovers with the 5th edition of the Rosarito Beer Fest!

Some of the most important breweries in Baja California will participate in this event, offering attendees a unique chance to taste their delicious creations while enjoying the warmth of the sun and the beach.

The Committee of Tourism and Conventions of Rosarito (COTUCO) invites all tourists and locals from both Californias to not miss this amazing event. More than 25 craft breweries from all over Baja California, including Tijuana, Rosarito, Ensenada, Mexicali, Tecate, and Mulegé, will be part of this celebration.

Renowned breweries such as Border Psycho Brewery and Baja Brewing Company and innovative breweries such as Cervecería Chinesca and Doncella - Cerveza Artesanal (the latter one being founded by successful women) will be featured at this festival, offering their very best drinks!

This event will take place on Saturday, July 20, starting at 2 PM at the charming Las Rocas Resort and Spa. Tickets are still available! Purchase them at eventbrite.

It should be noted that in the last few years, the consumption of craft beer has increased significantly, and Baja California has become the leader in national production, having won several awards for their unparalleled flavors. This has led to Baja California being recognized as the capital of craft beer, according to Forbes México magazine.

Guided tastings and pairings program: A sensory experience

If you wish to learn more about craft beer, you can do so through specialized tastings. From 3 PM to 7 PM, experts of Catadoras y Cerverceras de México (Mexico’s Tasters and Breweries) will be teaching sessions where they will highlight the unique characteristics of each drink.

This program is as follows:

3:00 pm: Manos de Calaca
3:30 pm: Baja Brewing
4:00 pm: Club de Cerveceros Caseros de Ensenada
4:30 pm: Los Reyes (besides the tasting, there will be cheese pairings)
5:30 pm: Tijuana Homebrew Club
6:00 pm: Desserto Tasting Room
6:30 pm: Canneria Cerveza Artesanal
7:00pm: Border Psycho

The best vibes! Two stages and live music at Rosarito Beer Fest!

Amazing music will also be a part of this festival, with two stages featuring the best of the best throughout the entire evening!

At the Infinity Pool stage, bands and solo artists specializing in genres such as rock, Latin music, reggae, and ska will perform. Some of the artists include ZaraGilbert, Nopal Ché, Doping Positivo, among others.

Meanwhile, at the Garden stage, DJs such as North Division, Soleho, and Santino will play their best electronic hits to help all attendants dance the night away.

Tickets for this festival will cost $500 pesos ($28 USD) and each ticket will include admission to the event, a commemorative glass, beer tastings, and all live entertainment.
