Montserrat Caballero delivers computers to students in Tijuana

Minors in Baja California had requested aid from the mayor of Tijuana for their educational needs

The 24th Municipal Administration of Tijuana led by mayor Montserrat Caballero Ramírez delivered laptops to 5 students in Tijuana studying in several different school levels through the Department of Social Management.

This computing equipment was delivered after the mayor of Tijuana received children's requests through letters and during her tours and public events in several neighborhoods of the city.

This delivery is part of her commitment as the first female mayor of Tijuana to the students of Tijuana as the goal is to provide them with the necessary tools so that they can continue their professional development. As such, the rate of school dropouts decreases because these children and young people's needs are being met.

Regarding elementary school, a laptop was delivered to children Adán and Daniel García Pérez, who are studying in fifth and fourth grades, respectively.

Students Yurisa Fernanda Hernández Noriega, studying secondary school; María del Carmen Navarrete Reyes, studying high school; and Saúl Antonio Zacarías González, who is in his seventh semester of his Law major, all received laptops.

For the government of the mayor Montserrat Caballero Ramírez, the children and young people of Tijuana have been a priority since the first day of her administration and that's why she has promoted several different aid programs to benefit these sectors, contributing to their development and professional improvement.
