The ferry that will carry passengers between Ensenada and San Diego will be available soon. Recently, it was announced that test trials are about to begin, which means that it will possibly begin operating in June which was the previously estimated date.

Number of passengers
According to Azteca Ferries, the company in charge of operating this ferry, the ship will carry more than 300 passengers per trip and it already has a section on their website for this service. Though you cannot purchase tickets yet, schedules are already available.
Schedules
Departure times from San Diego to Ensenada will be 11:30 AM to 14:30 PM and 19:00 PM to 21:30 PM. Meanwhile, departure times from Ensenada to San Diego will be from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM, and the other departure will be from 15:00 PM to 17:30 PM.

Price
Regarding costs, the trip will cost $70 dollars per trip or $130 dollars for a round trip. These prices are not definitive yet, but they are expected to be confirmed soon.
