According to results of a poll published on December 11, 2023 by pollster Massive Caller, it was revealed that the governor of Baja California, Marina del Pilar, stood out in this Top 10 Governors’ Approval Ratings National Ranking by being ranked in 3rd place.

Something to note is that she is the only female governor of MORENA that appears on this list which analyzes the governors of Mexico, their trustworthiness perception by their people, and security felt across the population.

On the other hand, the governor of Baja California got a 67.2% approval rating from her people, only behind the governors of Yucatán and Aguascalientes. In addition, she got an impressive 6th place regarding her trustworthiness approval ratings.

This is not surprising as, even the president of Mexico, Andrés Manuel López Obrador has highlighted the governor's job in front of the local press. In his most recent visit, he said the following:

I congratulate the people of Baja California for making, because people are in charge, Marina del Pilar their governor, an intelligent, hard-working, and honest woman. It is the best thing that has happened in this beautiful and extraordinary state of Baja California. Baja California, I say this very sincerely, is in my heart.
