With the recent publication of "Latin America's 50 Restaurants 2023", gastronomy fans now know where they can go thanks to this ranking as it reveals the best of the best in this area. In this list, restaurant Fauna located in Valle de Guadalupe was ranked in the Top 5.

Fauna has stood out throughout the years not only because of its incredible view and due to its "from farm to table" experience, but also because of its elaborated and delicious meals that combine the best of Baja California with modern cuisine, making clients enjoy a culinary journey like no other.

In this list, Fauna was ranked 5th place, making it an amazing jump from last year, where it was ranked #16.

By ranking in this place, it has become the best Mexican restaurant according to "Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants", as it is the only Mexican restaurant that was ranked in the top 5 this year; making the whole country proud.

It should be noted that Fauna was not the only restaurant that was recognized in this edition. The establishment Villa Toreo located in Ensenada was also ranked #19; there were only a few Mexican states that were placed in this list, which is why it is a source of pride that Baja California won two places in this ranking.
