CONALEP BC recognizes administrative staff for years of administrative service

10 workers who work at 6 schools of this educational subsystem will be pensioned next December

The College of Professional Technical Education of Baja California (CONALEP BC) recognized the work of 10 people who worked in the administrative area, thanking their job performance and years of service as they will retire in December.

In a speech meant for the staff of six schools, the state director of CONALEP BC, Irma Martínez Manríquez, highlighted the efforts and results they gave during their career, for more than 20 all the way until 36 years of uninterrupted service, contributing to the institution's image.

She also underscored that "retirement doesn't mean total or final retirement, but the opportunity to carry out and achieve your new goals, as well as personal and professional projects."

At this celebration, she highlighted that recognizing work performance, more than an incentive and satisfaction, is motivation for other coworkers whom she thanked due to their commitment to achieving daily tasks and providing a high-quality service as demanded by the public.

The administrative workers who were awarded are: from Mexicali I school, Guadalupe Moreno Vázquez and Rosa Roa Carbajal with 32 and 27 years of service, respectively; from Mexicali II school, Juan Carlos García Vironche and Guadalupe Cornejo Ortiz, both with 30 years of service; María Elena Torres Aguilar, from Tecate school, with 32 years of service; Patricia Elizabeth Villavicencio González from the Ensenada school, with 28 years of service; from Tijuana I school, Alma Judith Gastélum Aragón and Rosario Sosa Vizcarra with 29 and 21 years of service respectively, and from Tijuana II school, Abel Aguilar Zúñiga with 36 years of service and Zayda Esperanza Castro Soberanes with 35 years of services.

Lastly, Irma Martínez Manríquez thanked the entire staff, administrative and teachers, who are part of the school community of this subsystem. She thanked their dedication, professionalism, and commitment as an important factor to guarantee the education quality that CONALEP provides to benefit the youth and productive sectors that demand technical professionals with the best training to strengthen the development of Baja California.
