The Construyendo Bienestar campaigns by the 24th Municipal Administration of Tijuana led by mayor Montserrat Caballero Ramírez came back to the Centro delegation, with free services and aid information for the different sectors of the population.
During this campaign, the mayor presented Jerome, a Haitian immigrant who, alongside her son, came to the city, confirming that they are building a Tijuana for everyone.
"People say that with the arrival of immigrants there are more people, but there is also more cultural and gastronomic wealth which is why I can't leave them behind and I need to provide them with development," she said.
The Secretariat of Wellbeing provided, through different municipal agencies, haircuts, provisions, trees, information about Cotrrsa communities, immigrant assistance, and assistance for women for the community. All these services were provided for free.
