Barbachano International (BIP) has reaffirmed itself as the leading search and leadership advisory firm in the Americas focusing on diversity and multicultural target markets worldwide. Recently, Forbes magazine ranked them #12 on their list of the Best Executive Search Firms in the United States.

For the last seven consecutive years, BIP has been one of the best executive recruiting companies, as they jumped from place #26 to #12. It should be noted that for the first time, they were also ranked #19 for the Best Professional Recruiting Firms category. This category recognizes companies that have stood out regarding professional hiring in several industries such as manufacturing, finances, technology, and consumer products.

The results and ranking of BIP are based on surveys carried out anonymously by Forbes and Statista of hiring managers, HR professionals, job candidates, and external recruiters. In total, 45,600 professionals were surveyed and they rated these companies according to their direct experiences.
