Rain will still not say goodbye to the region as, after a few days with some sun and warmth, showers will arrive on Sunday, January 29 and Monday, January 30, accompanied with temperatures that could reach 6°C (43°F).
On Sunday at 2 AM, chances of rain will begin to increase reaching 43% at 1 PM. Maximum temperatures will reach 14°C (57°F) , while minimum temperatures will be 10°C (50°F). On this day, there will also be wind that will reach 22 km/hour.
In the early morning of Monday, January 30, chances of rain will increase throughout the day, with a probability of 74% in the afternoon. It should be noted that this will be the coldest day of the week with a maximum temperature of 12°C (54°F); minimum temperatures will be 6°C (43°F) .
The Civil Protection Agency of Tijuana issued a series of recommendations due to the cold front that will cause the aforementioned weather conditions:
- Be aware and stay away from billboards, trees, posts, and cables that could fall.
- Wrap yourself up with several layers of thin clothes and avoid sudden temperature changes.
- Follow recommendations by health authorities and agencies.
