This week, culture and art stand out in the latest episode of “Baja Window to the South”, starting with the art company specialized in theater, Cuarto Fractal. One of its members told us about ‘Cardumen’, a new stage show which will take place at CEART (State Center of the Arts) Tijuana on December 2.
In addition, artist and painter Antonio Proa spoke with our host about his work and told us what he thinks about art, his inspirations, and everything about his amazing paintings.
The Highway 1 Monument was another art piece that was the protagonist of this show. If you don’t know what this is, it is a beautiful structural artwork that reminds us of the wonderful ties that exist in our state of Baja California.
Regarding the gastronomic area, Chef Martín San Román of “El Original Pastel de Crepas Tijuana” cooked for us a delicious Mexican-French dish: sopes with eggs Benedict, fried beans, and chorizo.
