The governor of Baja California highlighted the most important projects handled by the state government through the RESPIRA program

Marina del Pilar Ávila Olmeda, the governor of Baja California, cancelled up to 100% of charges and fines due to lack of payment for domestic, commercial, and industrial users as part of her strategy to regularize delayed water payments and increase earnings through collections in order to carry out infrastructure projects and bring water to all communities.

During the 53rd edition of “Wednesday Morning Press Conference with Marina del Pilar” which took place in Mexicali, the state governor explained that in order to get a 100% discount, debt will need to be paid off in one single payment.
