Man is filmed mistreating dog for taking off its costume at the San Ysidro Port of Entry

The dog takes off its glasses and then its owner hits it repeatedly

Have you ever seen a dog with glasses and a bag at the San Ysidro port of entry? Its owner asks for money for seeing this dog’s “act”. However, a very unpleasant video is currently being shared on social media after a user of Cómo está la línea exposed this man’s actions.

In the early morning of Thursday, October 27, a video was shared where one can see the dog’s owner is trying to disguise it with some glasses; the dog doesn’t look comfortable at all and takes off the glasses repeatedly. As such, the man starts hitting the dog in the mouth again and again.

“There is a homeless man asking for money that disguises its dog with a hat and glasses, very pretty and all. What you don’t know is that he hits this animal when it takes off the glasses/hat. Don’t support this,” the user said on the port of entry monitoring group when he shared this video.

Comments have been negative, since it is considered animal abuse not only to disguise the dog with items that are uncomfortable, but also the man’s reaction when the dog tries to take off these items.

Some users have recommended not to give money to the owner and support the dog by offering it dog food and water. What do you think about this? Tell us in the comments.
