There will be more than 20 gastronomy units installed.
Since COVID-19 protocols will be in effect, entries to the event are more limited, allowing in a total of 1500 people. Tickets will have a cost of $250 pesos ($12 dollars), which includes total access to the festival as well as Caesar Salad tastings and drink of choice (such as a glass of wine, soda, or beer). This event is organized by CANIRAC Tijuana and Grupo Plascencia will also be present as a special guest to celebrate this famous dish. The 2022 Caesar Salad Festival will conclude the celebrations of Tijuana’s 133rd anniversary. Héctor Riveros, Downtown Tijuana Delegate, claimed that there will be total willingness so that the festival is carried out in the best way possible, both in its organization as well as the cleaning before and after the event.
