The adobada taco was tested at the second location.
In this episode of Taco Bites, we visit a new restaurant in San Diego, "Tacos El Paisa," located at 2494 Imperial Avenue in San Diego, California. Our host Isaac Kalimo highlighted the rules of Tacos Bites, which are "One Taco, Two Bites," with the judgment and final qualifying being provided once these two bites are completed.
Tacos El Paisa is quite active on Facebook, where they offer food and drink promos so that fans of Mexican cuisine in San Diego may enjoy these meals.
Isaac started the sampling with the typical taco de adobada, which includes marinated pork, onion, cilantro, and guacamole. Customers are presented with three different sauces to choose from, allowing them to personalize their dish to their preference.
Our host decided to put the burnt sauce on his taco after hearing that it was delicious, and he proceeded to eat both bites of the taco. He finished tasting all of the tastes.
He emphasized the meat's taste, which was excellent; he could feel the juice, indicating that the flesh was just perfect, neither dry or overdone. In terms of taco toppings, he highlighted the wonderful flavor of the guacamole, which did not overpower the other ingredients and was not overly hot. He awarded this cue an 8.5 out of ten.
