This morning users of the Cómo está la línea page reported an unusual event at the checkpoints, at a location close to the Border Patrol officer, a chicken was walking calmly through one of the lines.

Immediately, users shared the images and began to joke about the upcoming reopening between Mexico and the United States, which will finally take place in November of this year. This happened at the San Ysidro border crossing at approximately 8:30 in the morning.

At the moment, there is no further information on what happened to the farm animal or how it got there. This is not the only animal that has been seen in a similar situation, during the month of July a publication went viral where we can observe the whole process that a small dog went through to cross San Ysidro unaccompanied.

In the video you can see how the dog starts his way to the checkpoint, not caring about "cutting" in line to cross until he gets to the reception of visas and other documents.
