The weekend is approaching and if you still don't have anything planned, here at San Diego Red, just like every week we bring you a selection of 4 events that will take place in Tijuana this Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday, including 1 this Thursday in case you have time during the week.

Vegan Festivala

We are starting to see more and more events focused on the vegan community in Tijuana, and the vegan festival is one of them, this Friday October 8th and Saturday October 9th at Pasaje Gómez different exhibitors will be offering 100% vegan food to the public such as lentil birria, almond truffles, nachos with potato and soy cheese al pastor, pan de muerto and vegan pizzas, an incredible option to eat tasty, healthy and 100% animal cruelty free.

Intocable in concert

This Friday, October 8 at 9:00 pm, Intocable arrives at the Audiorama of El Trompo Museum in Tijuana with their acclaimed tour Momentos Tour 2021, prices to see the Texan-North American music group live, interpreters of hits such as: "Fuerte no soy'', "Y todo para qué" and "No te vayas"; range from $425 pesos general area, to $1735 pesos in VIP area.

"Ensayo sobre la nostalgia" (An essay on nostalgia)

For this Saturday, October 9, the León Theater Company presents: "Ensayo sobre la nostalgia" (An essay on nostalgia), directed by José Luis Sánchez, a play that introduces us to Aurora, a woman who drinks coffee, gets ready to leave for a funeral, knits her stockings and goes back and forth in her house coexisting with silence, with flies, with corners, with absences and loneliness, the one that appears in goodbyes. As time goes by, she remembers that oblivion is perhaps the best way out. The play will take place at the experimental forum of CEART Tijuana, 3rd call at 7:30 p.m., general admission price: $200 pesos, students have a $50 peso discount.

Street burgers

For burger lovers, this Saturday October 9th starting at 3:00 p.m., outside Colectivo 9 on Revolucion Avenue, Indie Burgers in collaboration with Bald Arab will offer new burgers inspired by Arabic cuisine, there will also be live music and beer, what more could you ask for than a gastronomic event?
