Despite the fact that most weather forecasts continue to warn of dry weather, Tijuana's Civil Protection has reported possible electrical discharges and showers during this weekend on Tijuana's coasts, mainly on Friday and Saturday.

For this reason, the Municipal Civil Protection Office is asking citizens to take precautions. Likewise, they have indicated that it will be during the afternoon when humidity will increase, reason for which light rains and high and medium clouds could be expected in a great part of the city.

As for the temperature, a minimum of 66 degrees Fahrenheit (19 degrees Celsius) and a maximum of 81 degrees Fahrenheit (27 degrees Celsius) could be expected. On the other hand, they announce that during Sunday morning and evening there will be low clouds, however, the day will remain mostly clear.

Likewise, the authorities have asked to wear a hat on sunny days, an umbrella, sunscreen and preferably loose clothing, as well as to avoid going out between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., which is when solar radiation is the most intense.

It is important to remember to avoid bonfires, lit cigarette butts, garbage or grasslands during this season because they can cause a fire.
