Through the official website of the Ensenada City Council, it was announced that due to several requests to the municipal president Armando Ayala Robles, work will be done on security protocols for an "orderly reopening". Therefore, the return of the community to the beaches of Ensenada will be sooner than expected.

As announced by Ayala Robles, it is possible that the beaches will be reopened during the course of this week, but only for physical activity. However, not everything will be as before as some important restrictions will be established.

The most important change you'll see is that the County Public Safety Department will be there to bring order. As published by the City Council:

"We know it hasn't been easy to stay in confinement for four months, that's why we're making the decision to open the beaches for running, jogging or walking only from 6:00 to 9:00 hours".

We remind you that a face mask will be necessary for all activities and that you must maintain a safe distance at all times. They added that if the restrictions are not met, the beaches will be closed again.
