Members of the National Chamber of the Restaurant and Food Industry (CANIRAC) made an inspection tour with authorities, where they designated food places as safe ones.
The Secretary General, Miguel Angel Badiola Montaño, said: "The union members have made a great effort by investing in the disinfection and hygiene protocols for their facilities, in addition to training their personnel so that they know the importance of complying with these measures".
Present during the tour were David Gutierrez Inzunza, head of the State Commission for Protection against Sanitary Risks (Coepris); Ivan Nolasco, leader of CANIRAC Ensenada, and Marco Estudillo, vice president of the chamber in Valle de Guadalupe.
In order to provide the visitor with peace of mind, Badiola Montaño commented that the CANIRAC has emphasized on the importance of sanitary protocols whose purpose is to guarantee people's health and a viable economic reactivation.
