Grupo Cosmopolitan began the construction of a building with a unique and exclusive design in the Center of the city of Tijuana.

This new building called ‘’Cosmopolitan Skyline’’ in Tijuana will have an architecture that will feature three unique box shapes. The building will have more than 260 hotel rooms and about 4,000 (four thousand) square feet for the creation of a commercial space.

Cosmopolitan Skyline will be located on Avenida Revolución, a few steps from the historic and well-known César restaurant, and next to the Esquina Sara building.

According to an article by The San Diego Union Tribune, the commercial director of Grupo Cosmopolitan, Salomon Saul, mentioned that the project will possibly innovate Avenida Revolución, which is the best place for tourists to visit.

Saul said that 3 million were paid for the land, since they believe that the historic center of Tijuana will once again be an important center as it was 100 years ago for foreigners.

Cosmopolitan Skyline is planned to have three underground parking lots and a commercial area on the ground floor around the corner. Above that there will be three additional parking levels.

This complex will enjoy the best amenities: gym, meeting room, waiting room, and a bar that will be located on the floor no. 12 called 20/20 club.
