In recent years, local cuisine, supported and merged by other national and international influences, has taken a huge leap; highlighting the quality of regional cooking methods, which can't be compared to any others.

For Baja California to reach this point, restaurants needed to create influence and put to the test the skills of their cooks to offer unique dishes with organic products, mostly from the region, raising the bar in variety and flavor.

While some restaurants are already positioned among the best in the country, others are working with innovating concepts by opening new places in the different cities of Baja California.
