A new video has now caught the attention of many: the arrival of Hugo Chavez to heaven. The video is part of Nicolas Maduro’s campaign, in which it sends the message that Chavez "lives", as he is received by the Latin American revolutionary icons like Simon Bolivar, Eva Peron and Che Guevara.
