All craft beer lovers are overjoyed, as Cerveza Fauna, one of Baja's most renowned breweries, has recently opened their new Tasting Room in Tijuana's Plaza Fiesta, the new it place in the region for artisanal brews.

Originally from Mexicali, the brewery had been planning this project for some time and finally, this past weekend they had their official inauguration. Aside from their well known line of beers, Cerveza Fauna teamed up with other breweries and beer crafters to present a total of 12 different flavors, many of which can only be find at the tasting room.

Beer crafter Alejandro "Carnavalastro" Larios Rizo mentioned that "this is just a part of a great dream my brother and I had when we decided to found the brewery, we hope to reach even more people with our beer." He also said that Tijuana has become an important part of Baja's beer community, which makes it the perfect place to start.

One important detail of this new tasting room is that they have their own kitchen, and every dish prepared in it pairs up perfectly with any beer you choose, plus they are also pretty affordable.

Cerveza Fauna's tasting room is located on Av. Paseo de los Héroes #9415, inside Plaza Fiesta in Zona Río,Tijuana. Open Tuesdays from 1:00 to 10:00 p.m., Wednesday, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., Sundays from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
