Corazón de Tierra will start off the month of March sharing its kitchen with a renown Latin American chef, Pablo Salas from Amaranta Restaurante who will be hosting a dinner pairing on Sunday.
Amaranta is a restaurant located in the heart of the city of Toluca, Mexico, it's currently positioned at number 41 among the 50 best restaurants in Latin America. Its Chef Salas is highly renowned for being the biggest example when it comes to Mexican food. With each dish, he serves flavors, scents, and colors from his birth cradle.
Corazón de Tierra is located right in the middle of Valle de Guadalupe and it's part of Grupo de La Villa del Valle. On the 50 best restaurants' list, Corazón de Tierra is positioned at number 42. Its Chef Diego Hernández is a Mexican culinary celebrity. In January, he was part of the team that represented Mexico and Baja California in the United Kingdom.
