What better place to eat Caesar Salad than where it was created: Tijuana.
Although there are those who doubt or still don't believe that this dish originated in this border city, there is even a hotel and restaurant that proves it, in Tijuana's downtown area, on Revolucion Avenue.
And it is right on this spot of the city where locals and visitors alike will be able to witness the return of the Caesar Salad Festival 2021, next Sunday, July 18, starting at 12:00 noon. Specifically on Revolucion Avenue between 4th and 5th Streets.
In addition to lots of salad, this event will also feature the best of Tijuana and Baja California, as there will be: wine, music, food and beer.
Now you know, eat, drink and enjoy this Tijuana festival of one of the most famous salads in the world.
According to the National Chamber of Restaurants and Seasoned Food Industry (Canirac) in Tijuana, the cost of the ticket is $200 pesos and includes a sample of Caesar Salad and a glass of wine or a beer.
