TECATE.- Tecate's DIF (welfare agency) chaired by the city's First Lady Claudia González de Moreno, sends out an invitation to students, teachers, family members and the public in general who have any hard of hearing or deaf person in their life, to attend a basic worshop of Mexican Sign Language (LSM).

This workshop starts on Friday, February 20th, it's free of cost from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and it will run for 4 months.
For more information please call 654 16 30, or visit the Tecate's DIF offices.
Also, the National Council for the Prevention of Discrimination (Conapred in Spanish) has a very useful dictionary of LSM that could help improve learning this language.
