We had already announced that one of Tijuana's local favorites, Tacos Kokopelli, would be crossing the border and setting up shop in Chicago. Finally, the day has arrived for the windy city to get a taste of the famous seafood tacos that Tijuana can't get enough of: Kokopelli in Chicago opens it doors to the public today.

Thanks to Chicago Eater we have some sneak peaks of the new location of Tacos Kokopelli, located on 1324 N. Milwaukee Avenue, Chicago, Illinois. With capacity to seat 90 guests, and a larger menu than many of its Tijuana locations, Chicagoans are sure to fall in love with these tacos just as much as we have here in Tijuana.
