Players future with Club Tijuana

A list of all the rumors surrounding Xolos players.

TIJUANA - Club Tijuana finds themselves in one of the most critical times in their short history. They are among the best eight teams in the continent, and are currently planning a new season which will include their first ever participation in the CONCACAF Champion's League. But in spite of this some big changes could be happening in the border town team.

Upon his arrival to Cancun for the Liga MX draft Xolos President Jorgealberto Hank mentioned that the only doubt was the continuation of Alfredo "Chango" Moreno who currently belongs to Chiapas F.C. formerly San Luis. And that they will be listening to offers for Duvier Riascos. Sporting Director Ignacio Palau also mentioned that there was interest out og Brazil for U.S. international Edgar Castillo, and that some Xolos players would be heading to Dorados de Sinaloa.

Players Leaving: Players like Raul Nava and Miguel Almazan have finished their loan spell and will return to their club (Toluca). Diego Olsina, Joshua Abrego, and Raul Enriquez were all informed that they no longer have a spot in the squad for next season and could be heading to Dorados.

Leandro Agusto could be the most prestigious player to join the list of players heading to the newly acquired second division team Dorados.

Alfredo Gonzalez Tahuilan and Luis Angel Garcia also finish loan contracts in Tijuana and will be put up for transfer by their club Tigres in the Liga MX Draft, but it is almost a fact that they will no longer be part of the Xolos squad.

"Chango" and his future: Alfredo Moreno has returned to his club Chiapas F.C.; team that has already announced that he will be playing for sister club Puebla. But it is still not clear whether Alfredo will agree to this transfer. Tijuana wil look to negotiate to keep the player.

The Rest: The unmovable pieces from the Xoloitzcuitle squad are Cirilo Saucedo, Javier Gandolfi,

Juan Carlos Nuñez, Richard Ruiz, Joe Corona, Fernando Arce, and Fidel Martinez. The ones who could be on the way out, but only to European teams are: Pablo Aguilar, Argentine Christian Pellerano, and also Duvier Riascos.
