Mexican drug lord "El Chapo" gets his own rap theme

Rapper Gucci Mane praises the Mexican biggest drug kingpin in his new single

It could've been expected from any Norteño band, especially from those who make a living out of

singing about drug trafficking, but, surprisingly, this time a rapper from the United States is the

one singing about the Mexican drug lord Joaquín "El Chapo" Guzmán.

Song "El Chapo" features the life story from the leader of the Cartel of Sinaloa and his feats; it's a

tribute, of sorts, to his cunning.

Gucci Mane became acquainted with jail in 2005 for cocaine charges as well as assault; he was also

set free for insufficient evidence regarding a murder. Mane is to release a new album "Trap God"

on October 17.

"All I want to be is 'El Chapo', three billion dollars in pesos; (…) and when I meet him Imma tell

him 'bravo" states the tune.

The single can already be found in the web.
