The most important international handicraft event in Mexico, TlaquepArte, announced its return to Playas de Rosarito for its 9th edition.

This exhibition offers a great variety of artisan, jewel, textile, decorative, cosmetic, and gastronomic products; this is a diverse example of cultural richness in just one place.

TlaquepArte will take place from Friday, March 15 to Monday, March 18 at the Baja California Convention Center, located at Carretera Escénica Tijuana – Ensenada Ejido No.1029, in Playas de Rosarito.

TlaquepArte: An event full of color, art, and folklore

This handicraft event will gather a total of 200 exhibitors from 16 countries from all over the world including Peru, Colombia, India, Turkey, Russia, Indonesia, Egypt, among others. They will offer a great variety of products such as handicrafts, jewelry, costume jewelry, textiles, hats, leather items, liquors, coffee, and sweets, all under the same roof and at very attractive prices.

In addition, artisans and exhibitors from several states of the country will also participate. This means that you'll find Mata Ortiz ceramics from Chihuahua, boxes from Olinalá, Guerrero, silver from Taxco, Yucatan shirts, ceramics and clothes from Jalisco, handicrafts from Baja California, among other products.

Expo TlaquepArte will last 4 days, so you can visit it with your family and enjoy the long weekend. It will open at 10:30 AM and close at 7 PM in Baja Center Rosarito.

It should be noted that admission to this event is completely free, so there's no excuse for not coming to this exhibition full of color.
