In Tijuana, the annular solar eclipse will begin at 8:09 AM, the maximum point will be at 9:26 AM, and it will end at 10:53 AM. It should be noted that if you don't have any special equipment and you don't have time to look for them, there are two websites that will broadcast the eclipse: one of them is the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) site who will broadcast each phase of the eclipse on October 14.
