Autumn will arrive very soon and alongside it, the unique festivities of this season. During this season, San Diego celebrates "Kid Free" events, which means that during the entire month of October, children will have the opportunity to go to several theme parks, museums, and places for free.
There are several popular parks in San Diego who participate in this initiative, offering free admissions and/or food for children. Among the establishments that will participate, there are:
– San Diego Zoo
– Legoland
– SeaWorld
– San Diego Whale Watch
– Lions Tigers & Bears
– San Diego Archaeological Center,
– Visions Art Museum
– Comic-Con Museum
– The Gondola Company
– The Japanese Friendship Garden
It should be noted that businesses in this season have experienced a considerable decrease in tourism and visits, which is why this month's offers are looking to increase attendance by visitors in theme parks, hotels, restaurants, and more.
Though every business will have specific conditions so that these free admissions or food can be claimed, most of them will apply to children 12 years old or younger. If you wish to know more about all the establishments that are part of "Kids Free San Diego", click here.
