On Thursday, August 3, the inauguration of elegant Italian restaurant Lucrezia will take place at Westfield UTC Mall in San Diego, whose culinary direction will be in charge of Tijuana native chef Miguel Torres Flores.

Lucrezia is the most recent offer by Grupo Hanan, the restaurant enterprise headquartered in Mexico City, which operates 30 restaurants of Italian, Mexican, and Chinese food.

This Italian restaurant with a Dolce Vita style and spirit will be under the direction of Tijuana native chef Miguel Torres Flores, culinary director and wine expert. This chef is also in charge of restaurant Caccio Pizza & Rotisserie, located in Tijuana at Ave. Tapachula 11590, Chapultepec, 22060, where he has developed the experience that he has acquired across all gastronomic capitals of the world.

At Caccio Pizza & Rotisserie, the great quality of its ingredients, the Neapolitan pizza, and its adequate space for weekend lunches are the standouts. There is also a bar where one can enjoy the best cocktails in the city.

Coming from a Tijuana native family of three generations, Miguel Torres Flores will contribute his knowledge and experience to Lucrezia, this new Italian restaurant at 4301 La Jolla Village Dr. Ste. 1050. This restaurant’s menu stands out due to its dishes such as grilled baby lamb chops, bistecca alla fiorentina, homemade pasta, and Neapolitan-style traditional pizza, made in a Marra Forni pizza oven with blue tiles.

This restaurant will have an amazing, glassed wine cellar with a selection of more than 65 wine labels of several different Mediterranean wineries; some of them are limited editions.

Restaurant Lucrezia will also include in its wine menu the most select wine labels from Valle de Guadalupe. It will be located in La Jolla, California at Westfield UTC Mall.
