Telenovela by Televisa will be filmed in Valle de Guadalupe

This was revealed by the Secretary of Economy and Innovation of Baja California

Baja California has an endless number of stages, places, and locations where several film productions have taken place. In this industry, they are greatly important because they are a key component of what makes a scene and story work.

During Baja Californian Governor Marina del Pilar’s morning press conference, the filming of two productions in Baja Californian lands was revealed.

The Secretary of Economy and Innovation of Baja California, Kurt Ignacio Honold Morales, revealed this during a Q&A in this conference and stated that it is a telenovela by Televisa which will be filmed in both Valle de Guadalupe and the Transpeninsular Highway.

The other one is a production handled by Luisa Gómez de Silva, a local producer. They are currently working at locations in Baja Studios in Playas de Rosarito, though it should be noted that no information was given about the genre or cast of these two productions. The governor added that they will work on the project “Baja California un Estado de Película” (Baja California, a State for the Movies) which he claims is the most ambitious film project in order to continue innovating in this industry. As part of this, several agreements have been made with several different associations to promote films in the state.
