Baja Californian food is the star in Baja Window to the South

In today’s show, gastronomy, from lasagna to drinks and desserts, became the star

Denisse Jacobo, Denitza García, and Olga Sánchez de la Vega hosted this episode of Baja Window to the South where the gastronomy of Baja California was the star.

The first stop was Lazzo de Tinto, a restaurant that won the “Best Dining in Baja” award last year, where Denisse tried a delicious lasagna with marlin and a tuna dish, made by Chef Richard Chiñas.

Regarding dessert, a delicious and creamy tiramisu was what caught her attention, while the drink, a delicious Purple Rain made out of St-Germain and vodka was the key to complement this food.

Chef Martín San Román, meanwhile, at El Original Pastel de Crepas Tijuana showed us how to make delicious chilaquiles with Oaxacan mole in an omelet.

Olga Sánchez de la Vega visited Rosarito Beach Hotel where you can find a lot of activities to relax such as pools, museums, piers with incredible views, hot tubs, massage rooms, wine therapies, and seafood festivals.

Last but not least, we also learn what to do if your American loved one dies in Mexico and we let you know about the new restrictions to smoke in Mexico that have taken effect in Mexico the country in 2023.
