But the best thing about this season is the events that cities organize, both for adults and children. December Nights 2022
This is San Diego’s biggest free Christmas festival with lights, many activities, photoshoots with Santa Claus, and delicious food. In addition, attendants will be able to get into the Zoofari Party Area Lounge at San Diego Zoo for free starting at 5:30 PM. There will also be Skyfari tours at San Diego Zoo for just $6 dollars and Balboa Park Miniature Train tours for $3 dollars.

This unparalleled parade has gathered 80 boats this year which are decorated with Christmas lights according to the yearly theme which, in 2022, is called “FANTASEA”. 100,000 people gathered in San Diego Bay to see this beautiful parade.

Little Italy Tree Lighting & Christmas Village
As its name indicates, Little Italy will begin its Christmas celebrations by lighting its streets with Christmas lights as well as its Christmas tree. 10 feet tall nutcrackers will decorate the streets. Enjoy the incredible food, songs, and Christmas magic of Little Italy!

This event is the official start of Christmas season in Chula Vista. You will be able to get on the Chula Vista Express and enjoy the amazing things that Holiday Market has to offer.
