National Meteorological Services of CONAGUA has published the following weather forecast announcement for Mexico, extended to 96 hours:

Troughs of low pressures at medium and high atmospheric levels in northeastern Mexico and a subtropical water current will create gusts of very strong winds in northeastern and northern Mexico.

Humidity will come from the Pacific Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico into Mexico’s interior, causing rain and showers.

These meteorological systems previously mentioned will cause the following effects:

Monday, April 11:

• Wind gusts of 70 to 90 km/h and dust clouds: Baja California

• Minimum temperatures in the early morning of -5 to 0 °C: mountainous zones of Baja California

• Frost in the early morning: Baja California

• Isolated rain (0.1 to 5 mm): Baja California

• Maximum temperatures of 30 to 35 °C: Baja California

Tuesday, April 12

On Tuesday, a new cold front will enter and travel throughout northeast Mexico, along with a polar trough of low pressure and the polar and subtropical water current, which will cause isolated rain and a drop of temperature in the region. Very strong wind gusts will also occur in the northeast and north of the country, and there is a possibility of snowfall and sleet at San Pedro Mártir mountain in Baja California. .
