In the last few days, users have reported long lines to cross to the United States from Tijuana and this Sunday, March 27, it was reported that the San Ysidro border crossing line is all the way up to Parque Morelos.

Several social media users shared recent pictures about the state of the border crossing line, which, they say, is moving along nicely but has, little by little, been getting longer.

However this cannot only be observed in the San Ysidro crossing, because the Otay Border Crossing is also reporting very long lines, which are very slow. According to user, Nicole “N” she has been in line by the Office Depot for an hour and the line hasn’t moved at all.

According to the Telnor report, the San Ysidro Border Crossing has 24 open lanes: 670 vehicles in Ready Lane, 210 in the General lane, and 160 in Sentri. In the pedestrian border crossing there are 100 people. Meanwhile, the Otay Border Crossing has 8 open gates: 65 vehicles in the General lane, 410 in Ready Lane, and 10 in Sentri, with the pedestrian border crossing flowing well.
