Day by day, the Comprehensive Family Development (DIF) system in Baja California is strengthening families, by boosting and bolstering universal values that characterize all Mexicans. With these actions, it is expected that the social environment in our community improves.

“One of the characteristics of Mexican families is that entrenchment of our values and traditions. Every member of the family contributes to helping in the tasks that each member carries out daily,” stated Olmeda García.

She emphasized that DIF in Baja California is an institution where the work is done with a lot of love and where all of their programs are made to safeguard the universal rights of every member of the family, which his why warm and affectionate care is essential.

Olmeda García underscored that they will keep working alongside several government agencies, civil society organisms, entrepreneurs, and every single Baja Californian to have a better society.
