Una Mordida Tacos Tijuana bids farewell to 2021 by visiting yet another taco shop, this one located at Blvd Daz Ordaz 2910A in Colonia La Joya, and dubbed "El Tacomiendito." Here, two tacos were sampled, one of chorizo for 25 pesos ($ 1.25 dlls) and another of chile stuffed with meat for 38 pesos ($ 1.8
Tacos with chorizo
This is the first taco that chef Danny received; it has chorizo, beans, guacamole, onion, cilantro, chile de arbol sauce with oil, and is served in a substantial handmade corn tortilla. big.
They informed our host that the sauce he had placed on it was the spiciest they'd ever eaten, and he confirmed this when the lady who worked there began giggling as Danny slathered the sauce on his taco. When she tested it, she confirmed it a second time since, just by adding a few drops of the sauce's oil, she became enraged, to the point of claiming that the lady "was furious when she created it," which is something that is said when a sauce turns out to be quite hot.
Moving on to the taco, Danny said that the tortilla was thick and flavorful; nevertheless, he disliked the chorizo since it had sweet undertones and was bland, according to our host. When he bit into it, he discovered that it also contained roasted onion, which gave it an even sweeter flavor due to the sugars released, but it lacked flavor "punch" overall, earning it a 6.7 rating.

Meat-Stuffed Chile Tacos
This taco has a complete, unbroken steak, a güerito pepper placed on top, guacamole, a charcoaled green salsa that Danny liked, and a handmade corn tortilla, much like the last taco. When he tasted it, he was ecstatic since the flesh is tender and lacking in fat and nerve, the chili is complete with panela cheese, and the contrast between the two parts is highly pleasing.
Our host thought the taco needed more flavor intensity, not in terms of salt, but terms of seasoning, because all of the ingredients have a reasonably natural flavor; the sauce is not particularly spicy, and because this taco requires the consumer to add different elements to adjust the flavor, it received a 7.8 rating. But the homemade tortillas, which withstand the weight of the tacos and have a good size and taste, are without a doubt the stars of the show.
Price: $38 pesos ($1.8 DLLs)
