Norte at Siete Condominiums shine in Tijuana with its exclusive design by Anuar Layon

Tijuana is currently having an experimental outrage in the making of modern condominiums made to transform the city’s panorama. These changes are said to stand out to the locals and tourists, that because of the modern layout, they can call Tijuana home.

This project is held by Grupo Cosmopolitan who took it upon themselves to refurbish the famous Avenida Revolución which is one of the most attractive gastronomical and cultural centers of the Tijuana – San Diego border region making Downtown Tijuana more versatile and modern for quality of life.

One of the buildings in Downtown Tijuana is “Norte at Siete”, a condominium complex made of 24 apartments exclusively designed by Anuar Layon, who’s considered to be the most wanted Mexican designer by international brands.

Grupo Cosmopolitan and the creator of “Mexico is the shit”, Anuar Layon, joined forces to create a space where tradition and vanguard can merge. The designer said that at the time of creating a design, he always does it with the sole purpose of hoisting national design and Mexican modernity up high.

“What you see here is the perfect apartment from Anuar Layon, the apartment where I’d love to live” he said when showing the apartment from “Norte at Siete”. He declared that it’s a very personal development with him trying to integrate all his Tijuana experience into one. He finished by saying “You can tell natural this project developed”.

The apartments include a complex variety of equipment like kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, stove, stovetop, washer, dryer, closets, and bathrooms with it’s accessories. It also includes all the decorations that range from overhead lamps, food bar and graphic art from Layon himself.

The location, just like the other commercial buildings from Grupo Cosmopolitan, has some prestige being in Calle. Séptima No.8242, Col. Zona Centro in Tijuana.
