The U.S. Consulate General in Tijuana has published through its Official Facebook a job offer to work as a Security Investigator, according to the web page, the salary for this position is $374,212.64.

The position is full time and the requirements that the Consulate is looking for is that the applicant has at least 2 years of college plus a minimum of 3 years experience in law enforcement, military, private security or investigation as well as speaking English and Spanish.

The employee will work in the Regional Security Office (RSO) and will conduct security investigations by liaising with local police and other security officials and assisting the RSO team in coordinating the protection of U.S. government officials and reporting potential threats to the safety of personnel or facilities.
