Mexican Consulate in San Diego will be administering vaccines without appointments these days

Most vaccination sites are already administering vaccinations without the need for you to make an appointment

The Consulate General of Mexico in San Diego announced that starting this week it will be opening vaccination hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 9:30 a.m. and 3:15 p.m. So far, the Consulate has administered one thousand 349 vaccinations: 998 first doses and 351 second doses.

As of last week, it was announced that all citizens over the age of 16 are now eligible for the coronavirus vaccine in San Diego. Likewise, the authorities are trying to facilitate vaccination among citizens and have created spaces where there is no need for appointments.

Even, recently the San Diego Ventanilla de la Salud, has let citizens know that starting this Thursday, May 6, there will be sites that will have evening hours and will administer the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines. These sites are as follows:

Oceanside

Location: North Coastal Live Well Health Center
Address: 1701 Mission Ave.
Hours: 1 to 8 p.m. Sunday through Thursday

Chula Vista

Location: South Coastal Live Wellness Center
Address: 690 Oxford St.
Hours: 1 to 8 p.m. Sunday through Thursday

El Cajon

Location: Eastern Public Health Center
Address: 367 North Magnolia Ave.
Hours: 1 to 8 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday
