1. Facilitate safe and science-based trade between Mexico and the United States through technical sanitary and phytosanitary negotiations and participation in international trade organizations.

2. Protect U.S. agriculture against exotic plants, animals, pests and diseases.

What are the requirements? In the educational area, the applicant must have one of the following: Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Security Service, Criminology, Political Science or related. In terms of experience, he/she must have at least 4 years working in one of the above mentioned fields.
